Airborne, the leading audio agency, has been standing on its own feet since 1 September following the acquisition of operations by Jeroen de Bakker and Marvin Jacobs from ACE. This strategic move is driven by the ambition to further shape the development of digital audio and podcasting in the market as a specialised player. The agency announced this today during the Day of Audio (Oct. 4)

To fully realise our innovative vision for digital audio and podcasting, we have jointly chosen to continue independently. This gives more room for partnerships and allows us to further expand our focus and expertise,’ said Jeroen de Bakker, managing partner of Airborne.

Marvin Jacobs, co-founder and creative director of Airborne, added: ‘Digital audio and podcasting offer a world of opportunities for our clients. By deploying this expertise independently, we can collaborate optimally with other agencies, IP owners, thought leaders and media companies.
